Breakfast Club
The Breakfast Club Programme operates at E.J. Sand Public School in Thornhill each morning of the school year.
In order to get a healthy start to the day, the children are served a nutritious breakfast. This helps their ability to concentrate in the classroom and is appreciated by teachers and parents alike.
The Peterborough Family Resource Centre, Tim Horton's and members of the TUC congregation provide funding. Many thanks to the volunteers, who shop, bake or serve breakfasts ... all ensuring that the children have the energy they need to learn and play.
